AZUR CITY SHOPPING CENTER – BEN AROUS
The deep foundation works of the “AZUR CITY” shopping center located in Boumhel, Ben Arous, Tunisia, were carried out using CFA type bored piles. These piles had diameters varying between 600, 800 and 1000 mm, with depths ranging from 15 to 20 m, thus meeting the structural requirements of the project.
To ensure the quality and reliability of the foundations, extensive tests were carried out. These included the auscultation of the piles by mechanical impedance as well as sonic tests, ensuring the compliance of the piles with the technical standards in force.
